    In essence, the mind is a vast and intricate system of beliefs and thoughts that shape your personality and behaviors. This system seeks to maintain homeostasis and resists change.     سر خیالات گویا ایک بلی کی طرح ہیں جو کمرے میں آ جا رھی ھے ہم نے ان کی طرف دھیان نہیں دینا لیکن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ سر ایک غلطی کے نتیجے میں ایک بندے نے میری ٹکا کر بے عزتی کی میں نے خود کو یعنی دماغ کو کہا کہ تم نا غلطی کرتے تو نا بے عزتی کرواتے بات ختم ھوئی لیکن وہ بندہ اب اپنی حد سے تجاوز کر کے میری عزت خاک میں ملانے کے لئے تیار ھے ۔ مجھے پتہ ھے کہ بہت ھو چکا اگر دوبارا اس نے یہ حرکت کی تو میں برداشت نہیں کر سکوں گا اب اس سے سامنا ھونے کی فلم دماغ میں چلتی ھے تو میں اس کو اگنور نہیں کر سکتا اور میں ذھنی طور پر متشدد ھو جاتا ھوں اس صورت میں کیا کروں
