1. Distinguish what is in your control and out of your control; you have no control of others, but you can control your responses; 2. Employ negative visualisation and your anticipated preparation to it; 3. Stoic pause, distance yourselves from impulsive reactions; 4. Amor fati- love your fate finding meaning purpose of the events or individuals involved greater than their faults; wisdom to determine justifiable anger; 5. Journal your anger triggers and develop strategies align with justice, courage, detach from emotions, everything shall pass; 6. Maintain humility and compassion, empathy and temperance,seek mutually beneficial solutions; 7. Strive to live a virtuous life.

THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY IS NOW ANGRY AT THE WORLD. however, hath not Decreed to AGAIN, shorten Earth Days for "The Children's" sake, but hath found Grace through the Chief Prince of the Kingdom, for an Appointed Time, which hath passed, creating God's Anger, and must be Reset, WHEN God is respected through His Servant's, for they are PREVENTED, and therefore await, God's removal and dismissal of ALL PREVENTOR'S of the Divine Tine and Divine Mission, for God hath heard the Cry of the Children of the Earth, and hath SENT HIS SERVANT, to Stand for the Children, which Stand hath been compromised, corrupted, and concealed in Collective of Self-Righteousness!!
