Sir I started running 5 months ago, but took a break for 1 month last week I started running again. But I can't get that fast.Naa speed tagi peyindi but neenu mundu smoke chesevodni.Its this happening because of smoking, but I think I can still improve just give me a few tips about lung volume expansion.
