Hi, i have an question. Recently purchased an android head unit for my car. It came with Zlink5 pre installed for carplay. Works fine. But the image quality is very poor. The navigation apps like waze are very bright and the colours are just very grainy. Any fixes available to get normal colours and a sharp image? Btw, the colours and sharpness of the head unit android menu are very sharp and nice colours

Hi when my car is connected to zlink5 I get applecarplay, but if a phone call gets in it’s connected to my android device and I have to change to my bmw Bluetooth to hear the calling person. If I choose in the secret Menübefehl choose the original Bluetooth I have no problem with calls but I can’t get a CarPlay connection. How do I get my car speaker chosen during a phone call automatically while using CarPlay ?

En mi caso, tras el paso de iniciar Zlink , no pasa dela zona conectar, en ningún momento me sale aceptar el uso de CarPlay, ni los iconos del iPhone. ¿Que puedo estar haciendo mal? ¿Mal configurado el teléfono, la Radio Android? El teléfono está sincronizado vía bluetooth con la radio, pero no se sincronizan los contactos y si hago una llamada se bloquea la Radio Android. ¿Podéis orientarme para solucionar el problema?

If I add a sim to the android device does that affect ? i can't seem to log in to my CarPlay anymore. It just shows connecting for a a while but doesn't connect. Please advise

Our Android devices support SIM card, and it won't affect CarPlay. About your android device, please contact your seller.

Did the seller of your Android stereo activate Zlink for you? If didn't, please contact the seller to activate it for you or you couldn't use Apple CarPlay.

hi. i connected the bluetooth but when i go to zlink i get this error "MFi IC read fail" and never connects, anybody know what's the problem? thx

@@rajvirsanny8592 yess i contacted the seller and he gave me something to download onto usb drive i just plugged in the radio few clicks to install and it worked.

Set Bluetooth to aftermarket Bluetooth, do NOT set it to original car bluetooth.

If I do this can’t hear the calling person and have to change on the I phone to my bmw audio

Downloading Zlink APP doesn't mean you could use it. You have to contact your seller to activate it.
