​@@AnthonyAllenYThey which do I use I set this console up on my app before but my app forgot my account and system or something do I use add an existing console or set up a new console and most importantly for set up a new console where the heck is the code suppose to be and for add an existing console why wont it register my system when it says turn on your console and sign in with your account I do what it says and it does nothing help please

When I click add existing console it just tells me to sign in to my account on the Xbox but doesn’t let me open games or download games.

Have you tried to use "sign in" instead of "set up console"? Then you just have to use your Xbox email thing?

Btw u have to reset ur console if u want the code because it appears when u first set up or log in with ur microsoft account used to create ur xbox profile

I had that to, but then i put up the remote in the app and i was connected. So i didnt need the code

If you are connecting a new Xbox, you use the code. If you're connecting a pre used one, let's just say the 1 you already have. The has an account in it. Then you won't use the code. You will just hook up wirelessly.

Make sure your controller is Bluetooth. You have to connect the Bluetooth controller to the Xbox. There is a chance it needs an update, so there is a third button. Once it sends you to an app, press the 3 dots button under the controller. Then there should be a button that says update controller. This is only for if your controller needs an update

It asks me to sign in using my xbox near the final step, and when I sign in, nothing happens

Bruh you never showed the most important part to connect your xbox....

How come when I do a full shutdown on my Xbox the mobile app says it’s still on?

I FIGURED IT OUT. FOR THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO CONNECT THE APP TO AN UPDATED CONSOLE FROM THE OLD ONE. OPEN YOUR REMOTE SETTINGS. AFTER THAT IT SHOULD ASK OPEN REMOTE CONTROL AND MANAGE CONSOLE AND GAMES. CLICK MANAGE CONSOLE AND GAMES FROM THERE CLICK THE 3 SETTINGS DOTS AND ITLL ASK TO RENAME OR REMOVE. CLICK REMOVE ITLL GET RID OF THE CONNECTION TO YOUR OLD SYSTEM AFTER THAT JUST GO BACK TO START AND CLICK SET UP NEW CONSOLE IT SHOULD CONNECT TO THE SYSTEM THAT YOUR MAIN PROFILE IS CURRENTLY ON.

you will need to purchase your games via xbox ecosystem first but I do know microsoft are working on bringing xbox gaming platform to mobile more too so in the near future what you're asking may be around the corner

I don’t have remote play option on my Xbox! When I go to connect a system it says there’s support to be numbers on my tv and there’s nothing

I'm lost at turn on your console and sign in. It looks like your signing in on live something from your phone. That does'nt come up for me and when I turn on my xbox and auto sign in I get a something is wrong try a bit later from the turn on your console and sign in screen. For days now. When I try a new console I get a 8 number code verification screen that says to get the numbers from my tv screen but there are no numbers.
