I absolutely love all your videos, they’ve been a major major help in my recovery from my burnout and in my journey of spiritual awakening. I have noticed a few times now though that I have trouble with exactly this: (connecting with my) spirit guides. A friend connected me with a woman who gave me a reading and cleansing, which had a strong effect in the weeks after. She told me that my ‘team’ of spirit guides was massive in power. But I don’t feel them. I also don’t know how to connect. I feel a blockage, not only in sensing my team but in actually not believing. Which feels strange to me. I have a hunch that it’s connected to a deeper program of either ego in this life, or one that has been running longer, of feeling existentially alone. I have low key CPTSD from my childhood as a parentified child and incidents where other adults were unsafe, carrying on into incidents and relationships / friendships with abandonment, isolation (connected to unhealthy attachment from ambivalent to avoidant, and being a highly sensitive unhealed empath). I’ve worked through a LOT of this though, definitely with a lot of help from this channel! But I’m blocking myself with this spirit guides issue. There’s also part of me that’s scared I think, that I’m scared that it might feel like entities which will startle me (I’ve always lived alone too, while my best friend lives on the opposite side of the country). Does anyone recognize this? Do you have advice? Or maybe Christina herself? Thank you in advance! ❤
