How to connect Razer Basilisk V3 to your computer, lights, DPI, keybinds settings?
Install Razer Synapse 3.0, plug in the mouse, it should appear in Synapse, in the list.
If you already have Synapse, just plug in the mouse and update as it will request, then restart, the mouse should be displayed in the list.
The lights, DPI, keybinds are explained in the video.

if a set programmable keys on my personal laptop, will I be able to use it in my work pc without razor software?

No, you need Razer Synapse installed on the other PC, and also to be logged into your account in order for the profiles to sync.
I'm not sure why but I can't seem to change the key functions on my mouse at all
id get it
Can I just connect it with a 2.4 connector or does it not have one?

It has a normal USB connector.
