You can use any headphone that supports 3.5mm AUX connection. This is not Bluetooth so no, you won't be needing any Bluetooth device here.

@@jambazz Hi Mikkel, there are actually different types of wireless! Wireless on its own means it is not wire connected to the source; in this case, a TV, projector, keyboard, etc. is connected to our transmitter, but your headphones are connected to the portable receiver. Hence, wireless. However, I believe you're referring to true wireless/Bluetooth. For those, they are usually completely wireless. Our product helps convert products with no wireless or Bluetooth ability so that anyone can enjoy that ability with products they already have. I hope that clears things up for you!

I have more than 6 speakers, do you suggest mono (this version), or should i better wait for the stereo version. I guess stereo is only good when you have 2 speakers facing the same direction right?

Headphones to the receiver should be wired for lowest latency (if that's not a concern at each receiver a Bluetooth transmitter could be used. remember Bluetooth is limited to 1-2 devices). the Transmitter could be attached to a Bluetooth receiver to connect to a phone or other device although the Bluetooth hop will increase latency.

Is there a tiny hook or buckle on the reciever device so that people can attatch a rope and hang on their neck? So that music can be enjoyed while moving around the room and no fear of falling the device? Just like we hang the ID card. As simple as that??

Hey there, I have a Tp link AC600 dongle connect to a Samsung Galaxy Book laptop. The dongle is showing up in my Window 11 settings as a 2nd WiFi, but not showing up in my list of WiFi connections. Since you have a TP Link AC600 dongle, we wouldn't recommend any headphones that use 2.4g technology, as they might have interference with your WiFi. To connect 2 wireless headsets to your laptop, we recommend a USB Bluetooth Dongle with Bluetooth headsets. Something like our DG80 lets you connect two audio devices at the same time: avantree.com/usb-bluetooth-audio-transmitter-for-pc-avantree-dg80?

Is there a Bluetooth version of this or did I read this wrong? I thought I would be able to connect Bluetooth headphones to the transmitters not wireless, barely anyone uses wired headphones, I just purchased them yes they work great, I had to dig out a bunch of old wired headphones to test, but I was looking for bluetooth

There is no Bluetooth version of this. This is unfortunately a technical limitation of Bluetooth technology: only 2 headphones can connect to any one device at a time. That's why you won't find any transmitter that connects to more than 2 headphones anywhere. @@Avantree Thank you for this answer, I'm doing something kinda different i am taking a timecode source and using 2 recievers and 1 transmitter connected to the timecode generator. This works ok but i was thinking perhaps if i used a spltter to have 2 sources and then use 2 transmitters and 2 recievers per transmitter to have 4 recievers in sync. is that possible with bluetooth?

@@jigsound 2403 only supports mono channel, whereas 2403s supports stereo dual channel audio. there's also the headphone version Q5049, you can see them all at avantree.com/headphones/for-hearing-impaired

For the mono version just come off an auxiliary outlet. For the stereo version you might want to get a splitter to combine two outs or splitter combiner to feed both left and right. There's also the control room / headphone output.

To uses with a TV, you will connect the transmitter to the TV via an audio cable. Once connected, it can transmit it's audio signal to up to 100 receivers.

Headphones doesn't connect directly. Receiver dongles connect to Transmitter dongle, headphones can be plugged into each receiver dongle. You can connect up to 100 receiver dongles to one transmitter dongle.

This doesn't use Bluetooth.

Something is wrong with your website. The only kit that turns up when you browse the site includes 1 receiver and 1 transmitter only. There is also no option to buy additional receivers. The only way to view the 4 piece kit and/or extra receivers is by following the link in this video. Someone should probably fix that.

Current Bluetooth technology can only do 2 headphones at a time, but Bluetooth 5.2 is moving into the multi-link area. But as of now, the easiest way to do it is still 2.4Ghz

@@imark7777777 It is 2.4G product, not bluetooth. The latency is around 30ms.

No company worth a single penny should be saying 'only comes with', as in only comes with 3 dongles. That is an absolutely terrible marketing technique. 'Only' is only a word you should ever use when highlighting a benefit, eg only £4.99. Your script writer/Marketing people should be sacked for this ridiculous mistake.
