I fully agree with you, and I don't know why HP think I only print from PDF files, I thought my old Canon was bad, but an extra menu to print a .DOC file - Madness! #"HP 6032e" (I'd still be using my old Canon photo printer but for Win 11 (don't get me started on that)

I have to say...I struggled to reset the same printer you have to new wifi for almost an hour. HP instructions suck for lack of a better word. It dawned on me to find a KZread video, surely someone else had this problem. Guess what. I did everything you did and in less than 5 minutes I got the thing working. I’ve had my HP 6400 pointer for over a year. Sometimes it has worked, had the Geek Squad guys out, got it to work, now it doesn’t. I never had problems with my former printers. You make it sound easy, as I know it should be. Hope it works. Thanks for the confidence!

The HP Envy 6400 All in One Printer Series are the absolute worst printers ever made. HP forces you to use their Insta Ink cartridges. Then they say you can Cancel or Change at anytime. Which is not a complete lie but your printer will NOT WORK because they disable your printer when you Change or Cancel your Insta Ink subscription. When mine was disabled I decided to install regular HP print cartridges and it would still not print even though the HP Smart App they make you use with it states that I have changed to regular HP cartridges ( HP 67 ). Then I worked on it for about 50 hours and had to print about 50 pages of printer status on the printer that the Smart App said was not connected to the Internet. The App knows the printer is online and can print but it will only allow the printed to printed diagnostic pages. The printer setup changes often, then you have to restart again. Also you will have to reset your printer and WiFi connection. You will waste many hours trying to setup this printer. I have Insta Ink cartridges that are almost full but they are now trash because I switched to regular HP 67 cartridges. I will most likely throw them away because I don't know anyone else that uses them. I almost ended up throwing away the printer also before I finally got it to work. The HP website is completely useless for help in making the printer work. I had to find some You Tube videos to make this printer work.

I have read all coments and can't add anything more than has been said other than a great big thank you. I nearly gave up until I watched your excellent video as I thought the square button at the back was for the Wi Fi and all I was doing was switching the printer on and off until you pointed out that the " TINY" button under the on/off button was actually the Wi Fi button plus having to press the light up buttons for various seconds or other buttons to find information is ridiculous and all I needed to know was where the Wi Fi button was. Kudos to you Sir

Yes very helpful plus I agree with Kim only person who mentioned the button at the back. I've had my printer and hp computer for a year and literally just set up in less than 5 minutes. Before it was telling me there are no drivers for my printer. Other videos tell you to connect a lead. I literally went on to hp smart and was setup within minutes. Thank you so much 👍🏽👌🏾
