I’ve found FiX!!! I had the Same issue!! WiFi 2.4GHz wasn’t connecting !! To fix it, I had to connect via LAN ethernet cable 1st Update Firmware to latest version and then After restart. It Finally Worked!!!!!😅 disconnect LAN cable reset button Scan QR Code Connected to WiFI successfully!

Cheers excellent video, I wanted to know if it is possible to configure it on a Wi-Fi router but without "wpa" without a Wi-Fi password, my IPC-P120-D/W camera gives me an error to configure it, I cannot integrate it into the "app" I suspect it is because I do not have password in the Wi-Fi of the secondary Router.

Add this in your review, this product, can not be sold second hand, as one account has been set up, it is impossible to delete, as the support service from eviz told me. I bought mine in an auction from return items, and now I can not sell it. I think it is important for customers to know this in the case in the future they want to sell their camera and upgrade. Hello, I bought ezviz smart plug, at first the plug connected to wifi router succesfully, it worked 1 week with any problem, then it disconnect. After this i cannot connect to the wifi again. Reseting didnt work. Does it have any solution ???

Please anybody help. My c8pf ezviz camera was working fine but it stopped working after changing memory card. Now camera shows blue light but in my app its offline. I want to delete device and add again but i am not in the same country now. How can i add ezviz c8pf model camera remotely to my ezviz app again? Please help

My problem is, the camera use to work, & now when I open the ezviz icon says the device has been added by the # wich is the same number, still doesn't work. Can anyone tell what should I do, ir do do I fex this issue

When i m connect with internet it is show a box and say that enter device verification code

Hello, The camera only adds to one account. So we can log in to the account on 2 mobile or register another account and then share the camera to that account. Thank you so much!

Hello, It still works but the time can go back to 1970. If you use standalone then connect your phone to its wifi and live view via LAN. Thank you so much!
