I have the hw-k360 and my procedure was similar with a few differences. Although I have the same remote as yours, on mine, the remote's directional up resets the bar, and the volume button resets the bar I.D. The key difference was in the sub. It has only one light and would not reset until I turned it off while I was resetting the bar's I.D.. Turned on and it works perfect. Thanks for taking the time to get me in the ballpark. Hopefully someone with my configuration saves a little time also.

Hey there - so I went to the Samsung website / downloaded the PDF manual / other forums and nothing worked. But I tried your version and what do you know - I'VE GOT THE BOOOOOM BACK!! Thank you. The key is to have the soundbar off before you push the "up" button on your remote. Thanks again - your advice WORKED!!!!!
