I tried this, step by step and then the resistor burnt off. There is something different as compared to what is shown in the video. My resistor color band is Brown Black Red Gold which is 100K

If all the connections are correct then you can use any color LED but there is no problem but I don't understand the reason why you have this problem. You see all the connections correctly.

Are you sure ki ye 220volt par chalega . And one thing aj kal ac current voltage bohat hota he 220 se ziada hai 267 volt ka aa raha he maine aj hi check kiya hai multimeter se to usme kya ye kaam karega... please reply

This is not a recomended circuit... Circuits with bridge rectifier 220 to 12vdc and 9vdc and 5vdc are efficient. Not this one can b used on ones own risk. 100% risky hai. Voltage Drop calculations problems.
