The first 1,000 people to use this link will get a 1 month free trial of Skillshare: skl.sh/renderrides08211
In this video, I'll be showing you how to composite animated RenderLayers right inside of Blender using the built-in Compositor. It will be a quick and simple overview where we will be sticking to the basics. With some prior knowledge about nodes in Blender, you should be able to learn from this video and scale it to any extent!

Hi thanks I like all your tutorials. Please is it possible to render an animation in an image sequence (openEXR), and also render the audio(with character's lip sync) only in a separate format and later join the audio and image sequence file together in the editor and still keep the animation in synchronization with the audio?

Is it possible to just import your animation into a single image sequence node, and edit instead of separating character from background,sky into separate nodes and having to recombine etc?
Dude, that importing image sequence for an already rendered image sequence at 01:42 was just the information I needed for this, thanks

Alright, I'll try :D
Cool
so basically i have to render all of my frames as images in cycles then do the composition ? because im confused how do i get all of the images for the sequence like you did
what if i need a transparent cube over another object and i want to see the object behind the transparent cube? this doesnt work well in that situation
I have a problem in my blender project... Everything seems so cool lighting and everything but if im rendering everything is black or there is no light you know? Can someone please Help me?
I don't know if you'll see this, but no one can seem to help me with this problem. When I go into Premiere or After Effects to remove the green screen background, and then bring that video into Blender, where the green screen was, I get a black screen instead. The only place I know I can remove the green screen and not get a black background in Blender is by going into Compositing and doing it there. The problem is, I don't know how to transfer that into the 3D Layout. I've asked several people on KZread, as well as on Blender's Discord, and no one seems to know. Do you have any idea how to do this?
Bro can you please do one more discord art review? I really liked the previous one and it gave me a lot of inspiration

I could try, thanks for the suggestion!
A question Can we render a layer in evee and a layer in cycles then composite both in one single animation? Will it work?
@RenderRides
3 жыл бұрын
Definitely! But it might look weird depending on the type of object and its distance from the camera. But with some adjustments you can surely make it work :D
6:30 Do I have to use FFmpeg video?? I would like to save render file with PNG frames but it won't save composite render. It only save final render without composite :(
I almost skippe the sponsor segment 😂 also please do make more youtube tutorials

Yess, you never skip the sponsored segment >:( Btw, I will continue uploading KZread tutorials, don't worry ;)
i'sorry. but this method would work with krita animation and blender scene?
can you make a video about animating any character without any resource

Why don't you want to make use of free resources?
I have a problem...Im using HUE nod, and if im rendering animation, it not saves the HUE effect, only the image without any nod effect... Why? If im rendering a single image, not animation, then ok...Wtf?
UHHHHH just figured out that I forgot to connect my last node to composite viewer so no matter how i rendered it was black bg. Thx for the guidance.

Great work😀👍👍. idk if you do fan requests about the popular zombie game TWD. The walking dead telltale series. but, I have a cool idea that is optional. I'm wondering if you'd be willing to make a short apocalypse survival story animation about the 5 male charactors models. from telltales TWD. where they survive but are slowly killed one by one until Kenny is the only one left alive to fight at the end. Using the group led by Kenny season 2 model from steam workshop. And add in any other existing charactor models you find from telltales twd and have them taken out at random one by one until Kenny is the final survivor. Like an survival horror type animation . Using the telltale TWD charactors group of Kenny mark Vince Glenn Nick . Have them killed in random order. Search up steam workshop:: the walking dead collection to find all the charactor models. Also if Kenny doesn't show up just search up Kenny player model...

Sure, what do you wanna see?
How you study blender
I think it's a little counter-intuitive that Blender would have whatever is to go 'on top' on the bottom alpha over node. I guess you get used to it.
@RenderRides

I like to think of it more as- what gets plugged at the top is the input, like any other node, and then the bottom one is the operation (in this case we can think of it as 'addition'). So the second input gets ADDED on top to the first input.

Don't use others work in you're thumbnail video, make you're own, it feels like you're scamming people that don't even match the thumbnail of you're content. Thou I like the informative video you have.
