thank you so much. But unfortunately i still don't see the link for the Nuke script ? i thought that the script would be also available as mentionned at 00:18. If this is still possible, that would be very helpful for the learning process. I understand that the asset are not provided. so maybe i will get a subscription so i can have the asset needed to make this effect. thank you in advance for your follow up.

oups, i just saw the price for the assets (they are really nice though) but for practice, in my situation (still looking for work) i cannot afford this expense.
Oh man.. Am a after effects guy...am little nervous with nuke... Node might be easy to use bt to me feels like complicated 😁

Been using After Effects for over 12 years (and still do on occasional projects)...but once I made the plunge to Nuke...I was so happy. It felt like there were no limits, as Nuke handles complicated shots with ease (as compared to AE). Using Nodes was an adjustment...but it didn't take me long to "see the light" lol. I promise you won't regret it!

I agree with John. If you want to test Nuke, you can try 'Natron Compositing'. It's an opensource Nuke look-a-like. They copied the interface 1 on 1. Some nodes are named a bit different, but the thought process is the same 👌
Umbrella doesn't seem to be wet, though.

Hello! There is a magenta light hitting on the screen-right side of the talent, therefore so should the rain! :) -Danasa
