Awww thank you so much! 🥰 That means the world to me! Can you ask your daughter which part of the island is she missing? Is it the addition part of cloud island or has she not even gotten cloud island at all yet?

@@cozycovelani thanks for replying! She does have some of cloud island, the plaza (?) and the candy cloud making area. She said there are still rainbow bridges she needs to unlock. I suspect it is related to friendship levels and quests! I help her with those parts but I haven’t played the game nearly as much as she has.

Level 10 with Kiki you will get the cloud cabins quest. That is on another part of the island. Then Star Fish quest unlock the 3rd part then finally catching a cloud dragon at part 4. I hope that this helps! When she gets there, she will want to take a look at these guides. Happy New Year! Some of the duplicates were useful but they would definitely look better outside. All the sweaters were adorable but I think Kuromi's is my favorite.

How do I get dye yellow pouch for upgrading ice cream machine?

There is a chest by the cozy islands on the left side of the island that has yellow dye pouch in it. Also, you can put some items like trash from the bottom of the ocean to put into the recycle plant and get some too, but it will be a gamble. So, try to put items like the star, stardust, and sparks. Also try banana, glow berry, moon cheese, pizza, pineapple, magma bloom and starfruit. You can also get yellow dye pouches from best friend gifting "character boxes." You can get them from My Melody, Chococat, Badtz Maru, Pompompurin, Lala, Kiki, and My Sweet Piano. I hope that this helps! 🥰

Hi dear hope you been well and i have a little situation in game, i done the new update of the hugs and hearts for valentines bt the gazebo there where you trade the love bug to get the cute den items it’s glitching i uninstalled it and installed it back to see it it helps bt still its glitching sadly and i tried contacting the Sunblink on Facebook bt did not receive reply back And its making me sad because really dont want to miss out on the cute hugs and hearts den items , Can you please help me figure out what to do ?

Sunblink is aware of the problem and is trying to patch it. If you are still experiencing this glitch. They said for you to email them. At support@sunblink.com and they will fix it for you. I hope that this helps! 🥰 Let me know how it goes.
