This is probably the best video of yours I have watched so far. The reason is that in all of your videos you mentioned these "mindset changes" being one of the most important changes, and for the past month now I have been banging my head trying to figure out what you ment by this, or how to go about doing this. This video really breaks down why this is important and even how to do this. I plan on practicing this and using this on a daily basis now with my spouse. If I would have understood this sooner, it would have prevented me from looking like an idiot all of the time, however, it is better now then never. Thank you for sharing this Geoffrey, you are a real life saver.

Thank you Geoffrey. Im am changing. I feel it. It s great. My ex checked on me. Of course it is too early and this is the negative phase she rejected the changes. Nevertheless, I am changing and my interpretations are changing. Unfortunately she is not changing. She stays in the same loop over and over for years now and I am starting to think that maybe I should forget about her. That's the risk when one changes and not the other one. I feel confident and if she does not want me it is ok for me. Those changes and the ones coming will serve another relation another women that I can love give and share my life with. This personnal development is amazing to do and very fulfilling.

You a real teacher brother. The words and images on the side is such a great touch tbh never seen anything like it in this domain. I used to be red pill alpha male and even before that I was naturally really masculine but toxic. I went through something that changed me and broke me down... (I don’t know how much you believe in God) but God told me it was to break down my masculinity because I was very masculine but in a toxic way and I was too toxic so the only way to change me was breakdown my masculinity and lead me to outlets and people and books that’ll help me build it back up in a positive and pure way and I can say by far you are the best counsellor I ever seen on here‼️💯💯🔥🔥

Great stuff Geoffrey. Man oh man, what a paradigm shift; I'm supposed to see her stonewalling as an opportunity and want more of it. Whew, I really do need that bullet proof vest. When I slip and get emotional and think I cant handle this stonewalling anymore, I realize that I'm putting more emphasis on her and her choices than what's good for me. It's tough, to the point I feel like I'm going insane, which probably I have, but I keep trying. Needing more self efficacy for sure. Sometimes a brother can't catch a break...

Hi Frank Solis, Yes, when you can make this shift and begin to see resistance as just opportunities you will also see that this is a huge opportunity to show your growth in planting small seeds of change and eventually allowing your partner to want to see and feel your changes and begin to open up to the relationship once again.

I’m slowly climbing this mountain. I have one question dancing around a tough situation let’s say if resentment or anger shows itself on my spouse what is an example on how to dance around that conversation. An example of I was told your not consistent and you do a or b what would an example of dancing around that look like? I also been to master class 2 times it’s amazing but I still have these questions.

The concepts and framework are pretty good. That said it’s remarkable that folks do pay for the content when you are not licensed or credentialed any where. It leads to a very mental delivery of your context vs. natural delivery

Most people's credentials consist of degrees and licenses, and theoretical client results you usually have to belive in faith. My credentials are based on actual client results that I share endlessly every 2 weeks through my in-depth interviews. If paper licenses or degrees are more important to you, then you should probably avoid watching my videos or purchasing anything from me. But if you are looking for actual content that drives results, feel free to keep checking it out. P.S. Do let me know of another coach/professional who is able to keep sharing the amount and quality of an endless supply of DEEP interviews with their successful clients in this niche.
