Oh wow that is awesome, thank you so much for that support!
I love toy photography because of you❤😊
I've been having this problem with roughly 2 months. I've at least 2 ideas in mind but I can never find the time to do them, especially recently when my cat became sick. I hope I can get at least one done this week. I'm glad this video helped me to kickstart my creativity again.

@@sirdork730 Indeed it is. One of the ideas has to do with this month's challenge. It would have been a good idea but then my cat had to go to the vets. Just hope I can think of a compromise for the challenge. Thanks dude, I hope so too.
Yes dude. That's how I roll. Perfect Jared.

I enjoy these types of video's. The old abandoned warehouse video was fantastic and all the other "let's see what happens" video's are great and this video is definitely in that discussion.

You should get a Mario figure and go back to the mushroom and take a picture.

Hey Thanks so much!! 🙇♂️
This is such great advice. Sometimes when I'm editing videos and reviewing the work of other toy photographers, I sometimes feel disheartened and doubt my own skills. I worry that my shots aren't up to par or seem too basic. Taking a step back and returning to the task later with fresh energy is always a wise approach. i’m glad I can come to your channel and get reinspired 4:27

That is a huge honor 🙇♂️ thank you so much for watching and supporting!
I find that shoiting in public, most people are curious. There's two types of people I find: usually a couple will walk past and one person will think the photography is weird, but the other will say 'that's awesome!' 😂

Hi Mr Jared.Your Jason Photo Looked Good.
Would you ever consider doing a video about how you do a setup for a convention? I've applied for a booth at a convention next year, and I'm just curious about how I should go about things. Like, how many different photos should I have for sale, and how many prints should I make of each?
@sirdork730
11 ай бұрын
Hey congrats on the convention booth! I actually made a video on this! The link is below! The website I mention for prints sells them in batches of 25 prints. I try to get as much of a variety of IP’s as possible to appeal to more customers. I hope the video helps, good luck! That tree would make a great yoda Luke training photo I like to take toy photos now my biggest issue sometimes is I find a good spot and then find I forgot a figure which would be perfect I enjoy these videos thanks and your Luke photo was cool I know if I tried to do a shot like this he would’ve toppled over and gone downstream

I’ve been throwing some toys in a backpack everywhere I go.
That really helped man thanks 👍
I have some really good ideas right now but the motivation to get out and do the shots is really my main problem (and kinda a regular problem in general). and am I the only one who's main issue with shooting outside the fact that you can't really see the screen of your phone/camera? like you take the picture and look at it once you get home only to find out it looks like crap.
@sirdork730
Жыл бұрын
I definitely know the feeling of not being able to see the screen! Sometimes I’ll put my light reflector over my camera to give me some shade to see better. One of these days, just take one figure and your camera and go for that walk, even if you have to push yourself. Once you’re out there, you will be glad you went ☺️

@@sirdork730 I actually have a really cool location right outside my bedroom window, it's all bricks and dead vines, very templeish. I wanna do a shot with some of my indiana jones figures, just trying to figure out how to get the shot without millions of bugs coming in through the open window. lol.

10:28 Holy shit! It looks like a totally different place & time of day. I really need to get a better camera. But first I need a new Dremel. And a bigger better airbrush compressor. I spend all my time working on my customs & never have time to make videos or work on photography. And my channel is pretty much dead so it's hard to give a care.
