By any chance. Do you know how to disable Fire alarm completely. I'm working outside and every time sun comes out Fire alarm triggered and it stopes working. It creates a lot of hassle for me. Please, help
What did you use for the plate? Is it aluminium or steel? Where can one buy some?

That's why I'm here too, but the answer doesn't seem to be in here. She does mention steel at one point, but doesn't say what sort of steel or thickness. I'm guessing that stainless steel is the standard to use, 2-3mm thick.
