Thanks for this video. My problem was pairing the new remote control by making it learn from the old original one. It happened that the original remote control lost the code and nothing worked anymore. The Hormann instruction manual does not explain how to program a remote control using the engine control unit. Thanks to this video I now have the two remote controls (the old original and the new) working perfectly.

Do you know if you can program up to 4 garage doors on this single remote? I have 2 garage doors and a gate (the gate uses a Roger E80/TX52R/2 433.9mHz transmitter) not sure if it will copy that or not but that would just be a bonus anyway tbh.

Hi I have followed the previous instruction to erase all transmitters from the supramatic (at this point I tested to check the remote did not work the door and it didn't) and then reprogramme a new code to my main transmitter using the above instructions, however, when i checked one of my other remotes that hasn't yet been reprogrammed it still worked the door so I am concern that the code has not be changed - I am going wrong somewhere. We need to insure the code has changed due to a burglary and a remote being stolen. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Jerry, I don't have any information on that model. I think it was mainly sold in America. Are you based in Europe?

I am missing the menus 11, 12 and 13. Is there a way to enable them agaiin?

Hi Igor, I don't believe it's possible to disable these menus on a series 3 / 4 - it may be that you have an older version. What colour buttons do your fobs have?

​@@abidoors I was also surpised to see it. The receiver is 99% series 3 and my remote is working with fixed code (red). The buttons on the remote are black and I have two different receivers: HS4-868-BS and HS2-868-BS.

I think it is because of the additional external antenna. I have also an issue to copy the code from one remote to the other (fixed code). If I want to copy it to the new one, the red light flashes only once quickly on the new remote and nothing happens anymore. Have you experienced it before?

@@igorkovacevic9664 If you have an external receiver, you would code it from there instead of menu 11 on the head unit. With regards to the remote you are describing the standard 868mhz fobs, rather than BiSecur. I would recommend watching the following video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/gp6n0ZlrlMiWhLQ.html - both remotes need good battery strength and I recommend having them touching to ensure a good connection.
