The luvlap products are pathetic to close/open, and I hope this will help me with the same. I will try and revert back with comments. rest I would suggest you to re-do the video with kids sound as mute and make a close up of which exact lever to be pulled up. This will give better insight to everyone.

Rather than doing it from bottom lever, you can actually push top buttons and fold from the front and it gets folded easily. 👍Mine works
