How often do you use hair extensions? 😘

Hi Alex! Just want to say my teen daughters and I think you're stunningly gorgeous and talented and we love your channel! We have been happily following your tutorials for a while now with lovely results and I just have one question at the moment. We all have very long hair and would love to know what to ask for at the salon so we can get our cuts like yours! Do we ask for any layers? How do we describe how we want our face framing pieces done? The shape of the cut? I think we'd have better results with your tutorials that way.

I've been a tomboy my whole life and I really would like some length and volume to my hair so please excuse my ignorance on the subject of hair. Omg the amount of hair you have without hair extensions is the amount I have when I have them on, so I'm jealous 😅 Doesn't your hair hurt after wearing that heavy (180g is heavy for me) extensions all day? Mine hurt from time to time even though I don't wear more than 80-100 grams.

I only notice them when I first clip them in. Then as I move throughout the day I forget they're there until I go to run my hands through my hair haha.

Thank you for checking in on me Tara, it means a lot. I started to focus my energy on creating video content for Instagram and TikTok, I felt the industry was moving in one direction and I needed to catch up. But I feel a good balance now, I miss filming KZread videos so much, I love you all over here, and I have plans to be back in March.❤️
