For beginners it is slightly demotivating because everyone has own capability and learning ability and dedication. Those who starting from zero, it's quite diificult to sit and study 10- 12 hours in a day and i apperciate Tushar hardwork and but he also got the success mantra from Pankaj Sir. i find it little bit misleading for beginners those who wants to make carree in IT, just blindly follow Pankaj Sir teaching and recordings to boost and build confidence for advanced course without counting hours and enjoy learning.
