For those people that don't have the same buttons I have a 2014 Honda Odyssey. I went to audiosource and I clicked on HDD using the touchscreen and then I pushed the settings button and then I clicked on audio settings on the touchscreen. Then I got a pop up on my screen with these options: sound source, select pop up, HD info, something related to updating an al,bum from the previous owner and then delete all HD data. I selected delete all HDD data and it worked!! I have been looking for this for a year and finally found it today! I wish I could show pictures maybe I'll make a video.

Hi George, I have an error massage...HDD ERROR, ive stripped it and remove the hdd and try to run it and a removable drive on my computer but it didn't spine i wish replace the HDD. can any hdd of the same size work for it? Thank you.

Just load a cd in the CD player. My 2013 pilot automatically records it on to the hdd

I deleted all my files but now I realize you can rip to hdd using cds that were there before. is that so?

Yes, this cleared all information on my 2013 Pilot. It was like fresh from the factory, but it prompted my for a password after the reset....luckily i was able to hold the power button and it bypassed the code. phew...

Well i tried this on my 2015 Honda Pilot , and it all started as in the video Then about one minute into clearing it stopped ad displayed Enter pin# to continue. I googled this and it gave me several suggestions the pin might be in the glove box on a sticker,,. Nope Maybe in the owners manual,,, nope. Try honda support online have all the info off the vin tag,,l’m gonna try that next. Go to the dealer,,, $ bummer Meanwhile the car is running and the screen is frozen. I had to turn it off the dealer is closed its a holiday weekend. Restarting the screen is still frozen

yeah you forgot to tell us that you need to know the previous pin to get back in. Now have have to take it to the dealership

u do not have to go to dealer. all you need is ur radio code. there should be a sticker in the glove box. if not then watch my video how to retrieve a serial number then visit radio-navicode.acura.com/ plug in ur information and u got urself free code

You need to insert a cd and look the option that said récord to hdd

You have your hand all over the buttons and I cannot see exactly what buttons you are pushing. So as to improve your videos perhaps you can have an assistant help you. It's all in the presentation. But thank you for posting.

His video solved my problem almost instantly. He told us which three buttons to hold didn't he? Turn your volume up.
