Madam if Recruiter submit Form no 16

Hello madam, im sai , the company im working had started giving pf in November 2022 and they deposited pf for 1month after that they didn't deposit and in January 2024 i got see the entry date and exit was the same date .i.e, November 2022 im an employee there from February 2022. Currently they are depositing pf from February 2024. How can i explain this to the recruiter...like they are questioning on my experience as it is fake or real...any suggestions could be helpful
