Im hopeful..

that was very powerful and i enjoyed the karma releasing exercise. I felt the release in my feet when she said release in your feet and i was just focusing on my feet because my ankle is swollen and has a little pain in it. So for letting go of Karma I guess she hasn't overcame over eating. I guess she has to let go of the food plate.

So Mr. God is going to solve all your problems as long as you forgive everything. Da! Why didn't I think of that? And maybe the speaker should forgive that extra donut or two.
