I am getting a tremendous amount of soot from exhaust on my pitco fryolator, so i am going to do this and see if it will help

Where did you get the splash guard lids for the fryer that you mentioned at the end of your video

I measured the inside if the fryer and went to a local metal shop and had them made from stainless steel.I got the handles from Home Depot.

@@dawndavis6946 No I didn't put any seals.I get a little splash on top of the lids sometimes.But since they have to be washed anyway everyday I don't mind a little extra splash since the under side gets covered in oil from sloshing aroumd.
