Any idea how to remove the solution connection tube? Can’t seem to figure it out

Why can't i clip the dirty water tank together after I've connected the 2 tabs. It doesn't reach the thing it's supposed to clip over however hard try. All the videos I've seen make it seem easy. Please help

Hello. Yesterday I used my curpet cleaner first time. But curpet still not dry over night. What I done wrong?

Could be a few things: make sure you go over the carpet WITHOUT pressing the trigger to suck up all the water, make sure the house isn't cold, open windows to help with circulation of air to dry. It may feel slightly damp the next day depending on your carpet but should be fairly dry after 24 hours.

when I use mine, there's no dirty water collected in the bottom tank. Any idea why?
