In India,people wash their butt with water and left hand.They don't use soap and tissue paper.is this hygienic or nasty or more cleaner? what's your opinion?pls ans

It is better to wipe with the tissue first then wash with water then dry with tissue or a cloth.
i know soap is not recommended but we wash our hands after pooping then we should also clean the floor part of anus for better cleaning i think.whats ur opinion?

Yes you should wash it with water for better cleaning, no fecal residue should be present on your anus after pooping. It is much cleaner with water than with tissue.
