Filling hot sauce bottles is a difficult issue for most small batch size producers. The most commonly found ECONOMICAL bottle filler is the Hopper Type Manual Filling machine. Unfortunately, most who purchase this machine complain about their ability to keep the filler working reliably, without sauce leakage, clogging, dripping, and a variety of other problems. It is my experience that ALL of these problems can be solved with prompt and proper cleaning and maintenance after each use.
This video shows how i clean and maintain my KimTem manual filler and keep it going as a very reliable tool in my smaller batch runs. Following a proper procedure after each use, this manual filler can provide THOUSAND AND THOUSANDS of fills, with hardly any issues.
