I have had problems with the dye from the patent leather bleeding on the mesh when using hot water.

Use toilet paper to soak up the water and dye after cleaning that should help

I usued a blue detergant, scrubed and put them in my ice box and repeat few times but now the show has like yellow stains and some blue hue to it.. any advice?

You would need a steamer to rinse out the solution that you cleaned it with and a air compressor to blow out the water and solution for the cleanest and whitest results
