My CD player doesn't look like that. Is that an inner part that has been taken out)

I think I need a new cd player, I cleaned like shown and I tried initializing all the cds and it only reads a couple cds out of the 71 I have in there.

I'm having the same problem... what did you end of doing? I have mine in a dive bar everyone loves.... and its just frustrating to spend hours trying to get this thing to read a disc. I have surmised that the box will try twice and if it doesn't read it it will just move on no matter what I think... lol Where do you find these...?

Yeah good video bruce but mine has a mind of its own. Can you oil the motor for the cd player?

Just got a jukebox yesterday. It's grabbing the cd, spinning it for a few seconds and putting it back. Can anyone help me?

I've had that issue in the past. The jukebox is kept in the garage and it seems to happen more often when it was cold. Someone suggested to use a hairdryer and heat the CD player with it. His theory is the grease is old and might be binding everything so it's preventing the CD from spinning up correctly, so it gets rejected. I'm not sure if that's true, but it's something you can try.
