I used to do it years ago until they added more numbers. I'm not very lucky so I don't do it anymore, trying to make my own luck now by building up my channel. Glad the video helped. 😎

What do you do if you do all this and it still doesn't drain? (I assume there's s something in the pipe or something) Call a plumber? The whole thing is built into our cabinets because we're renting and I guess the landlord thought it was a good idea...

@@SarahExpereinceRequiem If filter is clean and impeller then yes it could be a blocked drainage pipe at the back or in the sink if it’s plumbed into the sink. But pump maybe faulty in the Dishwasher. If it’s covered by your rent I’d ring Landlord and get them to sort it out. Good luck

Hi, we’re new to dishwashers. Not even used once yet. Great vid for me - how often do you need to do this. Weekly? Monthly ? We’re a family of 4 if that helps

Depends if you rinse your plates off. I would recommend cleaning it once a month. Dishwashers are great and actually use less water than washing up.

Might be ok the jars, not the lids. Best off just trying one to see how you get on. Dishwashers usually have different settings so you could lower the temperature to wash these. Or wash them by hand just to be safe.

How do you know it's not using any salt? Takes a long time for salt to get used up. Some Dishwashers have Salt adjustment on them, see if yours does.

Is there a float in this machine? Mine has stopped working and I'm troubleshooting haha

I’m not sure I’m afraid. If there is and it’s faulty maybe pull it out slightly and lean it backwards and forwards then put it back
