Finally a simple and strait to the point good video about cleaning and cooking a fish. ✋🏼✋🏼✋🏼
Best video ever about how to cook a whole fish. Thanks for such an amazing job!
Just Tried out your style and cooked for my parents! They absolutely loved it, my dad is a fisherman and had a couple of whole ones in the freezer they were unfamiliar with the style since we are Cuban, they were really impressed at how tasty it was! Their favorite part was eating the vegetables inside!
It looks amazing I will try it. Thank you . I love Greek food
Your fish looks amazing, and thank you for sharing your recipe and how to clean the fish at home.
That looks amazing. Could you add another playlist for all your recipes? This way we can easily find them when needed. Or maybe one day do a recipe book - I'd buy it.
thoroughly enjoyed this! Gonna go for this on Valentines Day with my Girl. Seems like it can't miss! Also, gonna Subscribe, as I just found this by happenstance.

Thank you for the Recipe😉👌
Being born and raised on the coast of Maine and I mean on the coast I have cooked whole fish my whole life. I am looking for some different flavors and my African caregiver wants me to teach her this week how to cook whole fish. I guess her brother burns them so I'm going to give her a couple of ways to cook them beautifully juicy and tender. :-). Thankfully she has pre cleaned frozen fish. She is bringing her daughter too help me cooking as well so she can learn I am making a Crock-Pot meal and then teaching the mother the fish but the daughter is going to be the Hands-On fish person and I adopted her children as my grandchildren. :-)
Thank you looks yummy.. I just can’t wait to cook my two fishes just like how you showed it.

the plural is only fishes when you're talking about multiple species of fish.
Bless your hearts. This was so adorable. I can’t wait to do this one day. From pulling the fish out the water and gutting it to sitting at the table eating lol so far the most I’ve done is buy it at the grocery store 😅
Looks great!
Awesome 👏 thanks 🎉
How people give dislije this video, while this is educational and so helpful. Many thanks guys..
Yall are so cute. Thanks for the upload.
Awesome
It’s Greek style y’all! Jokes aside I’m gonna be making this tonight with a big copper rockfish I caught yesterday. I’m not gonna be using onion or pesto, instead I’ll be adding white wine vinegar and some diced jalapeño. Gonna have some Spanish rice on the side.
Omg thank u I’m trying to do it now...
Dope ass DIY video. 👍👍
It's a good idea to bleed the fish before you ice it or at least run your finger up the inside upper ribcage to release the coagulated blood. Reason for this is that the blood adds a bad bad flavor
I will try to cook this method see if it’s delicious. I know just the presentation it’s already yummy
Nice recipe
great tutorial
Magic 👌
Great effort y'all. Ya'll scored the fish but you need to work your magic in the scored slits. Don't want to be negative, you guys are great keep it up. nice work!
Nice kitchen

Great video. I'll try it out with a John dory fish that I bought recently. 😋😋 #suzettekeybah

Christie is so adorable.
Put that fish in a smoker for 6-8 hours and eat it while enjoying a beer 🍺. That looks amazing my wife would love the greek style 👍🏻 Have y’all tried it with Flounder?

I am born and bred Greek but I have never seen or eaten this recipe. If it works great, but Rosemary is for lamb, we use Dill for fish or Fennel.
I tried it and yes it came out reasonable however I noticed she didn't put the rosemary but another herb and as someone mentioned in other commitments basil Pesto is Italian, so this is not a Greek recipe. Oh and I also noticed that she did not have the opportunity to sample the fish herself yet she concluded the video with it was a great meal. Or was it?
@Hobie this couple has helped so many of us can you plz help them with a set of kayaks.

Not Greek style, more Italian maybe, but looks like a good recipe. No tomatoes in Greek fish, no pesto or basel. Oregano, lemon, olive oil, salt, is Greek. Side of boiled dandelions with oil & lemon or tomato salad on side. Less is more.
You didn't mention salt & pepper. Do you use any!!!
What the name of the fish?

Ya’lllllllll. Lol opa
Feelin bad for that fish 8:14
Good recipe, too much water wasted at the beginning cleaning the fish though!
Not really Greek style, but looks good anyway.

Take a shot of Ouzo every time they say the word Greek... You will be blitzed by half way through the video

Greek style needs oregano. Looks good though.
Why he don't give her some food too... This guy
Thanks for helping me trim my fish. Your girl is a cutie. You're kinda douchey though and this was not really Greek but ok.
Don’t get it why he’s fighting to talk over her all the time, maybe tasty but awkward video

Probably because her talking is irritating af. You guys, y'all.
Nice job demonstrating how to clean & prepare the fish (but you did forget to mention bleeding the fish if needed) for the oven. But THERE IS NOTHING "GREEK STYLE" ABOUT THIS!! Where are you located? I've been preparing and cooking fish for more than 40 years. I lived in Italy for several years. I lived with a Greek man for several years. WT? The classic Greek Style would be: garlic, lemons, oregano, flat parsley, sumac if available and olives. GOOD GRIEF - "basil pesto" is from Genova, ITALY and it's NEVER found in Greek cuisine. FURTHER: What you put in the dish in the video contradicts what is stated, e.g. she states she's adding just a "little onion" because her man there "loves onions in everything," but the presented finished dish has a LARGE quantity of onions on it. Flat parsley is shown but not mentioned. Sorry, but I studied at a Culinary Institute and these things are important. AND SADLY LACKING: is a demonstration on how to debone the fish upon serving. No matter what it taste like - fish dinner is a disaster if your dinner-guests are struggling to avoid fish bones in their mouth (trust me, I've been there -it's not pleasant.). it's nice start, but keep working on it.

And Italians wouldn’t had a ton of garlic lol
Lame. You used paper towels to gut the fish.
Fish looks great BUT you need to learn proper editing so you don't continue repeating the same sentence before and after you stop or pause your camera. It's quite annoying and repetative.
It’s so creepy how your girl stares at you while you’re talking to the camera
