Thanks for the video! I do hope when I clean it that the timer will stay on it turns off before the 1 hour timer…I’ve never cleaned my diffuser because I never knew. And I don’t swap out the essential oils ever…

Can u use apple cider vinegar instead of regular vinegar?

I have a flame looking diffuser and new to diffusing. I have found a build up of sticky oil residue on the inside of the lid you take off. I cannot clean or remove it. Any hints tips would be greatly appreciated.

Try soaking in rubbing alcohol!

I can’t access the coil at the bottom I can’t open the bottom and it shows no where where there are screws

Thanks for the video. I've watched three videos prior to this and they said nothing about how to clean just a quick no verbal video of them cleaning the unit. What a waste of time. I had taken my diffuser apart down the the oscillator and cleaned it with soapy water with still no result. I'll try the vinegar.

How you stop it from leaking

This is wonderful however it doesn't address my problem which is the mist is not exiting the unit. The reason is the fan at the bottom is not working. Either I have to find a replacement fan or...it's toast!

My fan stopped working to what I do is I get something sharp and push the fan around while holding the power button until it cuts on its annoying but it works

Hi did you manage to repair yours as I have exactly the same problem mist doesn’t come out

But mine turns on and it beeps twice 3 sec after and it stops

What if it’s not fogging?

What happens if it gets stuck

I clean mine and for some reason even if I change the oils I can never smell them

Mine is leaking I waited a whole container it leaked all out all over my vanity what do I need to do ???

I think there might be a non visible crack somewhere and you may have to buy a new one

It looks like my buttons are stuck. I can't push them on or off. #UGH

I couldn't get the spots out on that little circle,now what.I tried with a q tip

The goal when you clean the oscillator disk is to remove build-up. For example, essential oil build-up will cause the disc not to vibrate and diffuse the water and essential oils. So a few spots on the disc are okay. Thanks!

Mine not staying on

Thanks for giving your valuable time. However, as with most self-help videos, nothing would be "hard-to-see" if there was a second camera pointed at your hands. Don't get pissed at me, thìs is more constructive criticism than to degrade your video. I do understand budgeting. A second camera and a little editing can go a long way to explain to your audience. Thanks again.
