No problem - glad we could help!
works well,🌼 easy to use, i thought the tank of water lasted a long time. i used it on kick plate on front of kitchen cabinets, stove top, the sides of the front door on dishwasher that gets really yucky. Worked well on floors to clean them but needed a light buffing after. worth the money if you don't like cleaning and want to make short work of having a clean house. i have 2 cats and a big dog.
The thumbnail makes it look like a rabbit is being vacuumed on the sofa!

divana diamond You usually don’t need chemicals with this system, but you can pre spray upholstery cleaner on heavily-soiled furniture before steam cleaning.
Wow thise great machine do work house cleaning
just as it should
The perfect loveseat
What about drying it out part? Won't that cause further problems on the upholstery if we let it dry at home with so much moisture trapped inside? What's the solution on that

Maithili there’s barely any moisture inside at all. It is not a hot water extractor that uses much water
Can this be used on cotton pillows?

There shouldn't be an issue using it on pillows! We don't know the specifics of your pillows, so it'd be best to check with the manufacturer to make sure there are no issues using steam to clean them. If unsure, we'd recommend steam cleaning a small, hidden area on the pillow to see how it reacts before continuing.
Wouldn't it just push the dirt deeper into the actual foam of the cushion?

No, the dirt is simply transferred onto the cloth, which you change when saturated.

Emulsification. The heat dissolves any body oils, skin flakes or micro dust. If you spray lightly with a solvent or APC it’s a one two punch. BEFORE all that tho you vacuum for bigger particles.
I am desperate to find something that will take gummy hair product off of the headrest parts of my couch. I have tried sooooo many hacks. I have thought of having someone come clean it but would rather do it myself as the cost to have a couch cleaned is not cheap. Please help!!!

If it’s a fabric couch, check out on Neat steam cleaner on amazon. Using the triangular tool + thick cloth to insulate the steam and concentrate heat, this is your best bet to deep clean the fabric without going too deep like a hot water extractor would do (and risk discolouring).
How would you remove the smell of body oil from hair etc. from a sofa.

Brad Hottub exactly like shown in the video: with cloth on the triangular tool.

A more thorough method would be- dry vacuum, then mix fabric cleaner with water and brush all over, then wet vacuum using extractor attachment, and then steam clean after.
Should i wet the towel or leave it dry
@Duprayindustries

You can leave the towel dry as the steam will naturally wet it!
Do you or any of your retailers rent out your equipment? I'm a student so I can't afford a 1000$ system, and the cheaper machines seem weak.

@@Duprayindustries will it provide me with a clean as good as the 'One' or 'Tosca' models? I'm in Canada, I don't see anything under 500-600.

vanillaglue Well it’s not a commercial grade unit, but yes it does a similar job, with a bit less performance (200$ vs 1000$).
Can I use on velvet?

yes, but at minimum steam level and move quickly. Test a small hidden area first.
Where does the filth go?
