great content as always, ive locked mine in for 6 months and hoping to ride the interest rate on the way down
great spreadsheet. Also, another varible is that long term interest rates make an illiquid asset even more illiquid. At some stage an invester might have to sell the back paddock to keep the show going.
How much percentage points do you think the interest rates will drop in the next three years?

Would be impossible to predict with accuracy I would imagine.
Cher bro I have a mortgage of $60,000,00 and my fixed interest rate expires on 24 of September and thinking of refinancing.
I was going to lock in for 6 months in March 2024 but it's so high. Ugg.
