When it comes to transform your image and improve your confidence, veneers are the most incredible option to get that beautiful smile you want. There are affordable & beautiful veneers available flying only 2.5 hours south of Miami. My goal as your dentist is to help you look more attractive and confident, but natural at the same time. And choosing the right style for your new veneers is a significant decision in this process. Before starting to talk about each veneer style, you need to know that:
-First: There's a close relationship between the veneer's shape, your gender, the shape of your face, your personality and even your lifestyle. DID YOU KNOW THIS?
-Second: Make sure if your dentist understands the "Ideal" smile that you're having in mind. Sometimes communicating your smile expectations can be challenging even in your native language. Each of us has a different concept of beauty or perfection so, is very important for you to have a clear vision of what you want before getting the veneers done.
Direct veneers are fabulous and can be manipulated at the dental chair if you want them shorter or more rounded. But indirect veneers, are made at the lab by a dental technician, which means that before, you have to pick a shape you like to avoid regrets.
The way that I address that, at my practice is by listening carefully to your expectations. Doing this I'm able to create like a "script" of your smile that I will follow so you can get fantastic results.
With my professional perspective and experience, I'm willing to help you pick the best style for you, considering your facial features. And to make our communication process easier, I show you this brochure with 12 different veneers styles. Even though these styles are different from each other, they are usually grouped in 3 big categories by gender.
Let me explain them to you:
-The Category A: is recognized by flat or square veneers styles; they are the best option if your goal is reflecting a masculine appearance. Within this group are the Aggressive, Dominant, Hollywood, Mature and vigorous veneers styles.
-Category B: In this group, veneers are recognized for their rounded edges. Your best choice if you are looking to show a softer and feminine appearance. Enhanced, Natural, Oval, Smoothing and Youth style are part of this category.
-Category C: Here, we have the Functional and Natural style, which fits perfectly for both gender, (Male and Female). In this group, veneers have sharper lines at the canines, while the other teeth have rounded edges.

what types of non abrasive toothpaste do you suggest?
I got youthful because they looked like my teeth the most and my dentist recommended that but I think I would have liked softened more since the teeth look flatter

@@sarahs3533 my dentist said it also matters who designes it who makes them …. I like mine but I think they could have made the shape a little nicer …. I got #2 and I do think I should have just gotten the whitest they had because they also looked natural not to white but I was concerned with my bottom but I could have In the future also put veneers in the bottom … my smile was bad i had a dead tooth in the front from a softball hitting it and then my other teeth were different yellows it was weird … but I do smile a lot more confidently if you don’t like smiling with your teeth save up or do care credit it’s worth it it’s very traumatic process but worth it ..

Hi, Leona, Great question! Veneers will not damage your teeth if they have done correctly. Yes, we can do veneers without file your natural tooth. For example, No-Prep/Laminated Veneers and Direct Resin Veneers. These last ones (Direct Veneers) can be done in a single appointment, using a composite that's directly bonded and molded on your teeth to create a beautiful smile. "Instant Hollywood smile". However, you have to be careful because if your teeth are naturally large/bulky, the result may not be their best. I'm entitled to my own opinion. Labeling teeth shapes and assigning them to a gender based on those shapes is a form of sterotype. Just as much as facial features in a person being perceived as masculine or feminine.
