We loved Pullman Maldives for all inclusive.

Glad you mentioned the sharks swim away, I was thinking it might not be an enjoyable swim in the ocean having them all around. Thank you for giving us as much information, you guys are awesome! Maldives is definitely in my bucket list

Your videos helped me decide for LUX* South Ari Atoll.I am surprising my husby with a trip for his birthday in April 2025. It is still some time to go but I already booked 2 different types of rooms: 3 nights in a Beach Villa and 4 nights in a Romantic Over Water Villa with pool (just like the one you guys stayed at). And because I booked in advance, I can also save some money till the trip, LUX* charges a 30% deposit and the balance can be paid till 30 days prior to your arrival. Yes, The Maldives are expensive if you want to experience the whole Over Water+All Inclusive + Romantic Candle Light Dinner at the Beach thing. But I am sure it will be every penny worth it! And for birthday celebrations, they also offer complementary cake and you can CHOOSE what cake you want! Just say it and they will make it happen ❤

Thank you, no I’m actually filming using the iPhone 14pro max not in selfie mode but the back camera, just because it’s higher quality and I can choose which lens for which shot. Hope this helps

Yes there are but on private resorts they are constantly cleaning them so you really don’t see much little if non. On local islands you will see more cause they don’t clean as much but it’s not so much like Mexico and other places

You can book a speed boat from Male to Dihgurah then a speed boat from Dihgura 5 min to LUX😜

Thanks for making this detailed and informative video! How do you check which resorts allow you to arrive on your own private speedboat transfer? I feel like if I email the resorts to ask whether I can arrange my own transfer, they will definitely say no.

Glad it helped. You have to get a confirmation from the resort so jusy email. 99% will say yes! I emailed many myself 😃

Thank you for the video, you mentioned that the hotel will insisted they require mandatory transfer. In that case, will they allow us to check in if we arrive by a private transfer? Thank you in advance.

no, from Male airport to Dhigurah, it's a public speed boat and it's price per person

If you pay extra for all inclusive, once you’re on the resort you don’t have to pay extra money for food and alcohol right?

Correct, however there are some promotional nights where they might have specialty dinning which can be an up charge. Of course they are always trying to get more out of you. But for the most part you’d be all set with the all inclusive package

Are the water villas connected to the beach villa's? I mean like if we stay in a water villa then are we able to walk down to the beach resorts and likewise? Thanks for all this info though a lot to take in 😅

Over water villas are usually away from beach villas over the water in other words you’d have to walk over the water via the jetty to get to you overwater villa. Yes you have access to the entire private island except the staff area. Hope this answered your question

Hi they do but it costs $400usd for a private speedboat. For privatetransfers contact Mua on whatspapp+960 7 800644 he charges $80round trip per speedboad. Mention Irina &Devon to get this rate

Hi! Never get the price from resorts 🤣🤣🤣 we took the seaplane one way but if you want to save, you need to take a public speedboat from the airport to the local island Dhiguarh i think its about $60usd pp one way and then hire a private speedboat from Dhiguarh to Lux. You can use our trusted guy there Halym. If you have IG please reach out to us there because its easier to message

Actually just went to the lux resort website they don’t allow you to book a room unless you purchase their mandatory seaplane flights. It’s unbelievable.

Also did you go to Maldives in the wet season ? Worried about the mosquitoes.

Depends on the winds. They spay the island as well but you can buy spray at the airport for about $3.5USD

Thank you so much for your quick response. What month did you go? Was told in the wet season there’s many mosquitoes spreading dengue fever etc. People still contracting the virus even though they have used insect repellent.
