    This was very informative, I went with the frame bindings mostly down to cost, I got a used pair on Ebay and luckily my boots already have a walk function so all I really need to buy was some skins.

    Im a big freerider but new to the uphill walking, we do 5-10% uphill walking at most, is frame binding the best choice for me then? I also want to do some tricks.

    I wonder if binding w 90mm brake width would fit to a ski with 85mm on waist? Ski manufacturer recommends -8cm binding mounting.
