Choosing a residency program can be anxiety-provoking because residency is such a major milestone in your journey to becoming a full-fledged, independently practicing physician. You're making one of the biggest decisions of your life. But because the decision is so impactful, choosing a residency (or rather, ranking them) makes you look inside yourself and pinpoint what is truly important to you.
