Im here bc im in the middle of a game, i have 2 pawns, we both have 1 rook. Just preparing for the future. lol

Those are easily the most frustrating checkmates especially on time control

I checkmated my friend once with a rook and my king when she had her 2 rooks, she made the mistake of giving me a free turn without check and moving her king into the corner

Actually, I use the technique you use at the end also to bring him to the edge. I also use it with the Queen. Daruukh techniques are always the bests.😄

Bro please tell me where i can practice theses moves like in this video, because in real game it is rare to get same situation...i mean is there any app or something where in can practice them just by only keeping both king and rook in the board and deleting other pieces 😢

When time is not a factor, I almost prefer to use a rook rather than a queen. I don’t trust myself to not walk into a stalemate.

when using queen, just make sure when king is on the edge of the board, the queen is not placed in knight position

You can move your rook to 'waste' a move. Then their King will have to get opposite you.

This only works if your opponent doesn't know what they're doing and puts their king in front of yours

I came here when there was 30 seconds left in the match and now it's a draw. :(

Bro make your Channel name easier like - Chess escapes, or anything better because channel is not shown in search feed untill correct spelling is written

As a blind person I think you should say where they are moving to more often ❤️

the reason why i dont give the coordinates more often is because i feel most people dont know them so they get lost with them. I will definitely try my best to explain better so you can follow 🙏🏼
