In D-9 check 9th &10 th house. 9th H is about duties towards marriage..It shd not be पीड़ित,if so then either unaware of his duties or doesn't to fulfill them knowingly. If good karma then marriage is ok. If 10th H of karma is also badly affectedalong with 9th H, then problem in marriage. It is better to hv 10th H as debilitated rathar than exalted as no arrogance.
