I could hardly reach my cervix sitting or laying down ! But it is pointed upwards and is soft! I have felt it low and "hard" before. I am 2 days late now. This is the first time I've ever tried to conceive. I pray we are blessed with a baby. Thank you for your video.

Ladies, please take this method for checking for conception with a grain of salt - I’m currently pregnant and after ovulation, my cervix initially became harder and sat lower. Then, at around 12 DPO, my cervix rose back up and was softer, so it doesn’t necessarily “stay soft” immediately after ovulation. Hope this helps for those thinking they’re “out” this cycle! Fingers crossed for you!

@@OhMyMamaBody I really hope!! Update: i took a pregnancy test today , I am 13DPO and my period is late by 1 day which is not normal for me at all as my periods are very regular. The pregnancy test had a faint line but it was clearly there and pink! I dont want to get too excited yet as i want to see the line get darker to tell my husband! My cervix is still high, soft & closed! My bday is Jan 5 and it would be the besttt early bday present for me! Fingers crossed i get my bfp tomorrow 🤞🏽

I indeed was pregnant ( found out a few days before my bday) but unfortunately I miscarried the baby on Jan 7,2021 :( Bleeding stopped in 6 days and we’re trying again! I ovulated on Jan 21,2021 .Really hoping for our rainbow baby !!

Am pregnant just got positive two days back.. After ovulation I always checked for discharge and cervix position After ovulation I had watery discharge and cervix was high But before three days of period cervix came to low position and I got thick creamy discharge Again after one day it went back to high and had pale yellow egg white type discharge I checked upt and it came out positive

Hi! I’ve been binge watching your videos for some time now. And they are very helpful so thank you. I still have some questions though. This ttc month has been a slightly weird one. I had my first positive (yet not peak) LH at CD10. Fertile CM +++ some day before that and ongoing now at CD14. I had my LH peak at CD 13 and is still ongoing, test strip getting so slightly lighter compared to control line and some time sky rocketing again. I have been checking multiple times a day because my LH surge usually lasts less than 12 hours not days. Cervix has been very high, super soft and open for days. Today at CD 14, and probably 1DPO is has dropped lower (not the lowest ever noticed) and has gotten harder, still open. Still have loads of watery CM which seems unstoppable. I can’t understand if this is the end of ovulation or what is going on. I am wondering if this drop means game over and fail this time around. What do you think? I guess only time can tell. Today I got my first wave of nausea and dizziness, which is not too abnormal for me as hormones shift. There has been a moment I felt like this time was the time, but now the cervix discouraged me. The dreaded 2 weeks now.

Hi and I am so glad my videos are helping you. Definitely keep tracking your cervix over the next few days to see if anything changes. Have you ever checked your LH at different times of the month? It might be worth trying as some women have naturally high LH. Let me know how everything goes the next days 🌸

OhMyMamaBody yes I had checked LH throughout a whole cycle too a couple of times or randomly in the month to understand the process. It never happened to have multiple days of high close to peak LH or peak on multiple days before. I’ll see how things go in the next weeks. I’m very curious what it’s going to be. 🤞 thank you for your reply.

OhMyMamaBody Turns out this was the time it worked out. 😍the stretching, needle prick pains and tiredness are real.interesting to notice that the cervix dropped and raised back up in the same day, then tested positive in the next. LH tests results have been all over the place, which made me wonder what was going on. And finally found out. Fingers crossed 🤞 thanks for your videos, they have been very helpful.

Hi, thank you for these videos, they are very informative. I’m currently 4 days late on my period but keep getting negative test results. I just checked my cervix and it is high and soft. I am TTC so I hope I am pregnant. My period has never been this late before and I keep getting back and pelvic cramps here and there.

I just checked my cervix for the first time as I'm starting to think I might be pregnant. I'm 6dpo, It was high-ish and soft although when applying a bit more pressure I could feel a smaller firm area in the centre? I checked about 20 mins later as I wanted to confirm something else, and it was much higher, almost impossible to find actually and I could barely feel the dimple. Does it receed this quickly? Also, when your cervix closes after conceiving, are you still able to feel that dimple? P.S I'm really loving your channel and your warm, calm and positive demeanor. Thank you :) x

How does a cervix change after miscarriage? I noticed my cervix was soft when I found out I was pregnant and have always been very aware of position and feeling. I stopped bleeding 4 days ago due to the miscarriage but my cervix and still very soft...perhaps even softer than it was and it never felt that way before pregnancy. What should it feel like after miscarraige?

Hi I’ve just subscribed to your channel thank you you are so helpful I do have a little confusion with my body right for what feels like a long wait so I started getting spotting just under a week ago it was brownish on the tissue at first then I had to put a pad on because it turned light pink but not heavy enough to fill a pad like usually it would, well I wasn’t even exactly my period and they didn’t feel like period cramps since then I’ve had lower back ache felt sick and been sick felt hot and dizzy I have taken two clear blue Digital tests and they both say not pregnant but my body is giving all the signs I tried the cervix strategy and it feels high but kind of soft 🙈 I feel like I’m going insane because I’m getting all the signs i would appreciate any help on this one I’m also 31 you’re amazing thank you x 💕

My cervix has been higher up than normal around this time in my luteal phase and I'm only 9 dpo today. 18 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child,my ob Dr said that when you conceive you can tell because your cervix will be high up and now Iam at that stage in life after 4 pregnancies,Iam for the first time keeping track of my body and now I'm just waiting a few more days to find out if I'm pregnant and to see if my indication of a high cervix this time around holds truth to the matter! I will write back and let you guys know as ppl usually never write back and I'll keep you posted on my pregnancy news, whether negative test or a big fat positive!! Also thank you for all of your videos, you have great and very informative videos that are easy to understand especially when talking about the female body/parts etc. Looking forward to more! And maybe an idea ... Because it's been 13 years since my last pregnancy, maybe you can help and make a video on what to pack and bring for your hospital bag before giving birth! Just an idea of course!

Hello! Firstly, Thank you so much for your videos! :) My period is now 18 days late and I am usually very regular- give or take maximum 7 days! I had been putting it down to the fact that I had traveled at the end of November and am now in a warm climate whereas before I was in the cold in the UK. But now it's been a while. I did a test on Sunday evening and another test on Monday afternoon which were both negative... I have another test that I will take on Sunday as I was advised by my holistic family friend who using reflexology told me she was 90% sure I was pregnant and do not have a period coming but she said that the earliest I should test is this coming Sunday! It just seems strange to me that it wouldn't have shown up already if I was, although I am aware that I didn't do them with first morning pee- would it really be likely to make that much of a difference. I have been feeling my cervix the last few days and it's been high, some days unreachable to feel firmness but today I can and it feels softer than when it's just before my period but still firm I would say. Does that sound like I am likely to not be pregnant in your expert opinion? I don't have any other symptoms really except feeling quite fatigued and having a bit of twinging/cramping the last 2 days. Boobs aren't sore and no nausea at all.

Hi, well normally a test would show positive at any time of day given how many days late you are. However! There are a few ladies in my group who only tested positive 3 weeks after their missed period! So it can’t be ruled out. Which means it is definitely worth waiting and testing again so you really know for sure and please with your urine first thing 😉 Do you know when you ovulate? Just to be sure that you haven’t ovulated since…

Hi i've been watching these videos for ages during my cycle because i was feeling like i might have been pregnant because i had bloating big boobies and had to wee a lot..my cervix was high and hard and then just as i was due to get my period it lowered and stayed hard so i assumed i wasnt pregnant and waited for my period...3 days late for period cervix still hard and low but 3 tests read PREGNANT!! so please be aware we are all different

Congratulations!! Have you checked your cervix again since? Did you find that it softened? This certainly is very different as it is the increased blood flow to the area that causes your cervix to soften.

Hello! I always checking my cervix for 2 months after I become actively in sex because I am not using birth control. I have 29-31 days cycle. My last period was on January 12 and now I have lower back pain and some crampings around my abdomen for 2-3 days now and everyday I checking my Cervix and i can reached it using my middle finger and its hard my vagina sometimes wet, sometimes dry when I doing it and for 2 days I notice some mucus its cloudy color and strechy. Hi! I have been watching your videos and I started checking my cervix. About two days ago I checked and it was high and a little soft but mostly firm and now I checked again today in the shower and it is high and much much softer. My period is supposed to start in 3 days. Please tell me what you think.

i’m 5DPO today. but after ovulation i my cervix change . it’s low soft and more tight. it’s signed of pregnancy?

Hi, when you say bad pain, is it more than PMS pain? Please can you ask your doctor if you are in a lot of pain. It's important to get checked. A mild pain is ok but bad pain needs checking.

Ok, one sided small pain could be that you felt ovulation. It should subside though after a few days. Have you noticed any other symptoms?

@@OhMyMamaBody I am I birth control pills and I decide to skip my period and start my next pack and I have had back ache once and maybe one had ache and last time I had inter course was the 27 I also have the implant but my pills are to help regulate my period and I don’t know if I’m pregnant

I used a PT yesterday, November 16, and it is positive. There are two lines, the second line is darker than a faint line but not as dark as the control line. I checked my cervix but it is like the tip of my nose. I am really confuse if I am pregnant or not.

I don't... Even on my first two pregnancies there were no symptoms at all, nausea, vomiting, cravings, and spotting.... Maybe I'm just lucky to have none, that's why I'm always not certain if I am really pregnant.

Hi dear, Thank you for your videos which gives enough of knowledge about pregnancy, My problem is I have irregular periods every month I am getting my period but just spotting on one day and done that's it, but in this month iam bleeding with light brown🟤 spooting with watery mucus since from 20 days Continuesly, with pain in left side of overy, and it increases when I bend, and iam feeling heaviness in the lower part of abdomen, if I do pregnancy test it's showing negative, what is the problem with me is it something serious🤔?

Thanks for this video, I'm 9dpo having waves of nausea and feel "off" just checked for my cervix and can only just touch it, yet normally on my period when using a cup my cervix sits very low and I have to make sure it's inside the cup!!! My BBT is also still high and my HR has gone from an average 65 bpm to 83bpm! I'm trying not to get my hopes up as I'm 43 (with 3 children) so we will see what mother nature has decided!

Congratulations! I’m 9 dpo with sudden nausea last few days. I’m 45!!! My cervix is high and soft. I miscarried February last year and I had a ligation over 20 years ago! We never know what God has planned for us.

@sha'ul 1111 Biggest congratulations to you dear!!! I am trying too and this morning I woke up with all these symptoms except for (sore boobs and missed period). I ovulated 5 days ago. I know it maybe be super early to tell. I have back pain as if I'm cramping. And headaches too and bad fatigue on my legs. I hope this will bring good news. 🤰😊

I’m 11dpo and my cervix is pretty high. And soft. I took a pregnancy test around 7dpo and of course negative. But could this be a sign I conceived? I also had a pinching sensation on the right side of my uterus at 6dpo and again at 9dpo and what felt like a dull cramp almost like my period today. My period is projected to be the 18th. I don’t have any other symptoms that have shown yet

Hi thanks with your wonderful videos❤ Please need your help i'm experiencing weird symptoms, I experienced implantation on my right side a weird pain for a few seconds then after 2 days started getting mild cramping that made me run to bathroom then i notice i was spotting really light when i wiped myself .. Hello dear! I had the weirdest period of my life this month: short, pinkish and light. Around four days spotting. I checked my cervix (however It is my first month checking it) and during my period it was/is high and soft, hard to reach, but also wet. I have had weird body symptoms for 3 weeks already and am not sure what is happening to me, because I keep testing negative. What should I do in your opinion? Hi, I tried checking my cervix after watching tour several videos. It is high but hard, and I am 5 days late and having backpain. I experienced cramps in my lower abdomen from time to time. I also feel like bubbly in my stomach and fart afterwards. Are they sign of pregnancy? I wasn't able to buy PT yet due to lockdown. Thankyou so much

When I felt my cervix after ovulation, My cervix still feels soft overall. But not as crazy soft as it did during ovulation. During ovulation it was super super super soft. Now it is soft but not as soft. Im assuming I have not conceived if it doesn't feel crazy soft. I have a inverted cervix so the position doesn't really change at any point of the month. any extra advice or suggestions are amazing. Also sorry about having soft so much, haha I feel like I over used that word way too much in this question. Thank you

@@OhMyMamaBody Thanks so much. Im not writing anything down. Just tracking the discharge and feel of the cervix. My cervix did change from super soft to medium soft during the time the discharge was like egg whites. I felt the cervix this morning and it is not as soft as presumably the ovulation process, but it is still soft and spongy at the tip/opening. I'm trying to practice positive thinking to conceive but just wondered if it is not crazy soft only medium soft maybe that means I'm not pregnant?

Hi, I don't know if you will answer as it's been a long time...but I wanted to ask on this way of testing. (I am messaging from my boyfriends account). So, I am 3 days late and I took a pregnancy test and it is negative. My symptoms are: breast tenderness (which I get before my period too), a bit of itchiness on my nipples, cramping, fatigue, no vaginal discharge, dizziness. I checked now with your method and to me it seemed firm and low, but I must ask because I didn't understand - is what the tip of the finger feels the point that's supposed to be either firm or soft? or the surrounding area? like, for me I (sorry for the graphic explanation) only had to put half of a finger to feel something like the end, firm entry, firm walls and the tip of the finger felt something soft and that was it... I hope you will answer :)

It’s something that you need to track each month to really get familiar with yours. You see, we are all different lengths inside and you could have a short or long cervix. Feeling the texture change is important. The cervix gets soft due to increased blood volume which starts straight after conception. So keep tracking yours over the next days and see if you notice any differences 💗 Please stay in touch

So, I don't believe I am pregnant (im just curious), but my cervix is slightly higher and my cervix isnt hard, but it isnt soft soft either. I've never actually done this before, so i am not sure if i even did this right. Not sure what to say or do either. I sure hope I am not pregnant because I am only 17...

Hi, it’s good to get an idea of how your cervix changes during your monthly cycle. It all depends where you are at in your cycle for how it is feeling. When you are a couple of days away from your period it will feel a lot harder

I am 8 days overdue for periods, feel slightly sick, negative pregnancy tests so far even on 10 miu ones. I just checked and my cervix felt soft, higher than it would be if I’m due periods, and I felt a slightly pointy centre, so it was closed and narrow and it was quite a lot tilted to the front. What do you think? I’m going crazy. Point to be noted is that when I first conceived, I kept getting false negatives until I was 2 weeks overdue for periods

Hi lovely! It would close up yes. Open for ovulation then gradually closing and rising if pregnant. Also staying softer if pregnant. Gets harder and lower if not

I am 9dpo and my cervix is still high and soft but I’m getting a bfn. I’m really tired and my breasts are sore also a lot of burping, I’ve been extremely moody I cry at the drop of a hat and I get angry at little things . But pms mimicks pregnancy so I just don’t know what to think. Af is due in 8 days do you think I still have a chance? I need some advice and words of encouragement I’m feeling so down today. I had butterflies last night it was the strangest feeling and my tummy still feels unsettled this morning.

It’s soft and high, I have an iud but I have felt pregnant. Guess it’s time to buy test.

I have a different question. If normal body temperature is 98.6 then why most articles available on Internet displays bbt in follicular phase 97.0 to 97.7 or something like that. I am very confused about this.

Hi. Before ovulation our normal temperature is between 97°F and 97.5°F, it rises up to 98.6°F during ovulation. So it should be higher during ovulation and then stay higher if pregnant. Hope that helps you

Hi. I would like to ask about I had sex pull out on (May) and I had my periods on June July and August. But for this September, Im having cramps, diarrhea, headache, nausea, no discharge sometimes and little bit watery sometimes this past 3 days. Im expecting period yesterday but still no periods. Hi how many days before period we can check the cervix position

I'm 20 days delayed on my period. I felt confused it was soft at the tip of my middle finger and it's hard at the end of my finger. I took 10× pregnancy test and it says it's negative.

Wait i got 1 question.....i had bleeding for 2 days very light it was on my right side an i could feel the pain in my lower back an my legs....to be honest it feels like when i first got pregnant only thing the pain was more harder but it was on one side..but i dont want to confused myself...anyways after the bleeding when you touch the side that the pain was do you feel little pain there???like you can tell something is there???

Hey l have managed to do what you said in the above video and l used my index finger and managed to reach my cervix L think it was low (cause this is my first time doing this)and it felt hard just like my nose(just like you said in the video) so does that mean my period is coming or??? Hey I’m 4 days late on my cycle seen this video checked my cervix and I had blood and clear stuff on my hands. So I was excited and thought it was my cycle but nothing else came down After.. I put on a pad just in case. Idk if my cycle is on its way or if I’m pregnant I have negative pregnancy tests. I have a regular cycle and is NEVER late. But usually get a positive test ON the day of my missed cycle. I think I’m stressing and delaying my cycle more
