Hola Alexs, in this video they are using a Multimeter, which is also called a Multitester or VOM (volt-ohm-milliammeter). You need to measure the impedance, not the voltage, as only impedance can indicate the potential problem inside the loadcell.

You are talking about the Zero Balance test. It is also one of the ways, but it doesn't always give good results.
