What happens when the travelers are not together at time of check-in? We live in different states over 1200 miles away meeting for cruise. Can we do check in separately?

Your videos have just started showing in my You Tube page and as an upcoming first time RC traveler I gotta say thank you! Your videos are so helpful. Was hoping you might be able to help me with this one check in question. I have purchased Royal’s ground transportation from LAX to the cruise ship. When my cruise opens for me to start my check in process what time should I pick as my arrival time? If I don’t have information on what time our ground transportation will be leaving for the port terminal. Thank you. Tim

Thanks so much! So helpful for our first cruise! Our grandson is on our reservation/cabin. Can our daughter who is his mother and on another reservation check him in since she lives in another state and can take his passport/photo as long as she has his reservaton number? That way she can put her credit card info for him too? Would appreciate your input! I take it that RC will not accept photos that are already loaded onto the phone?

I'm going to have to find out about the passport timeline. Although it's for my 2 minor kids, the 6 months expiration may be a problem.

Can you please tell me if I got a reservation to check in at 12pm but my son and husband was only able to secure a window at 12:30pm would they split our group or let as board together? We are traveling together in one cabin Thank you.

On the app for me the only option is to scan passport, I don’t have a passport. How am I supposed to check in?

Can you scan any other document than a passport? I wanted to use my birth certificate and driver's license. But I was given an option to scan those documents.

So how can you check in for people when it needs a selfie?

** edit! You can’t upload a saved photo but you can have it taken at the port so don’t stress if you can’t get a selfie!** You need to take a photo of them and save it in your phone. Then, instead of taking a selfie, you will just upload that photo.

So, if I can check my wife in on my phone, in my app, all of that info will appear on her phone when she launches the app? That way, she can complete her health questionnaire the day before, or the day of the cruise?

Does anyone know what time check in opens on that date? Is it EST? PST? Can I change my phone to EST and check in 3 hours earlier? I want to check in as early as possible.

So, is birth certificate and photo ID accepted for Labadee, Haiti and Nassau, Bahamas? Just wanted to make sure. We appreciate all your videos. 😊

Hello there, quick question for you. Was just watching this video. I'm going to be going with my grandson. I will have a picture of him on my phone but I won't be able to take a picture of him at check-in. Is there a way I can just upload a picture of him I already have

Can you check in without the passenger photo? check in opens 5am UK time so my family won't be up to have their photo taken. Can I upload photos later? Alternatively can I upload a photo that I've already taken? Does it have to be the app or can you check in on the website?

Thank you a few questions If checking entire party and they are not present can they edit and add their photo later? Can you add documrents later as we are waiting for passport to arrive, or if we add BC as documents instead can it later be changed to BC? We are trying to check in on our check in time to get the boarding times.
