Thank you for an excellent helpful video. You covered everything with patience and explained all aspects of fuse replacement. For a novice this is a great video. I used your video to teach my daughter and she understood perfectly. She has a 2018 Rav4 so she actually did everything that you did by herself! hi, I have a question.. when I start the car using key in ignition switch, some dashboard lights still on like steering wheel lock light, abs light, airbag light, traction light... power window, aircon, radio, 12v outlet not working... steering wheel and gear is locked.... but when I start it using remote starter, it works well, all the problems gone... when I started it using remote starter, then put the key on ignition switch to drive the car, all the problems that I said back on, except that the shift gear is working... steering wheel locked light back on, but it is working... what do you the problem in my car? it is 2013 rav4 LE... What I am thinking is some kind of relay or fuse somewhere was broke... because I already check all fuses in engine compartment and under the the hood and it is all good..

2013 RAV4 - The CD player will not reject the CD. The light on the select screen (FM, Am, CD, etc.) is not lite up. Could the fuse be blown that controls the CD reject and the light?

+ Mike Burton Try doing a reset on the head unit by disconnecting both the positive and negative battery terminals for 5 mins or so, then reconnect. While not guaranteed, once power is restored; there's a good chance the CD will eject on its own.

After I had body work on the car, I had the same problem It turned out that the wire was cut for my horn.
