What does the charger plug into?

To wall chargers, how many ampere (A) is the right one? One? One and a half? Two amps? My idea is to try "increse" a lifetime of my product.

What do I plug the other beats cord into?

Just got mine, charged it for 6 hours then only got 15 minutes of playback?

I had these beats for about a year unused still in the box. I opened them this this morning and it keeps telling me 10 percent battery, I keep plugging it in with several cables but still won't charge. Someone please help.

My beats wireless studio 3 will not charge past 6% and are not even a year old Wtf? Please help

2 years late but my first pair wouldn't charge past 60% from the day I bought them, had to go back to the store the very next day and exchange em. Haven't had any problems with the new ones ever since

Hey guys! I just got a pair of the wireless studio 3 decade edition and was just wondering do I need to let my battery die completely before charging it for the first time? I had to do that for the studio 2 I had before I just don’t wanna mess these ones up ! Thanks!! :)

No problem, Ive charged mine with wall computer and battery pack. If you want to avoid degrading the battery over time you can look into the corect voltage of the wall adapter and headset.

They are not made well..the material will crack and/or become gummy…for what they cost, they should last more than a couple years..trash.
