Laptop charger supplies 19v. The charging voltage for a 12v batteey should 13.5v-14.2v. The 12v bulb is used to act as a resistor so that charging voltage across the battery terminals is around 13.5v to 14.2v. The bulb will aslo act as charge indicator being bright when battery charge is low and dimming when fully charged. Similar setup can be used to charge electric car toys with 12v batteries.

Parang kulang ang TWO hours na charging time kung 2 amperes ang charging current. Bale 4 Ampere-Hours lang sya. Kung 30AH ang battery mo, dapat 15 hours ang charging time, di ba?

To avoid overcharge and exploding battery. If battery charged over 14v so it will not charge and make electricity to light

Hindi sir mas advisable yung mas mataas ang volts nang charger.
di nman pinakita ang wire sa lp charger d yan totoo.

@@koortsj When the battery is fully charged, or almost fully charged, it will require very small current. Smaller current = dimmer light
