I have a 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat and this doesn't work for me. I found this video because when I started my truck this morning my sync 3 display has changed completely. It used to have a modern and warm look. Now it looks like windows 3.1. It's awful. I was hoping it would reset sometime during the day but it's been almost 12 hours and it hasn't changed.

Dose this work for a 2015 XLT ? I tried it but can’t get it to work .

Yup, it's only temporary. You have to have a dealer or someone with the right software go in and program it where it stays permanently.

Useless if it cant be done permanently.

You can’t save it. He explains that in the video.

I changed my 2018 Explorer to show the GT350 and then changed it to Raptor, but it just kept showing GT350.

Hey guys, a warning for this; I thought it was fun cool and wanted to play with it, but my 2020 didnt like it. It lagged and didnt convert properly the first few times, then the last time it malfunctioned and now my setting is not fitting the screen, so now im stuck on a jacked up screen, and because it is zoomed in too far, I cant get back into the full menu to change my setting back. Please lmk if anyone has a fix!

Is this applicable to FORD EVEREST with sync 3?

How do I get the map to display on the left hand side of the Home Screen? My 2017 Ranger displays the radio station on the left , a compass on the top right, and my phone on the bottom right of the Home Screen. I’ve seen online that it should display the map on the left, radio/audio on the top right and phone on the bottom right of the Home Screen. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed?

It depends on the trim level of your vehicle. My F-150 STX doesn’t have built-in navigation but all the higher trim levels like the lariat have built-in navigation

Well, I did it with my 2019 Mustang and set it to Shelby GT350R, and now it's not going back to normal after the key turn. lol. Now where the time and temp is on top, it shows phone connected successfully over the time and temp.

Fixed now. Just turn the car off, step out, and it may take about 5-10 mins to revert back. lol

Flip the "Enable Test Settings" switch. It will add a new Test Settings section in the settings menu so you don't have to use the diagnostics shortcut in the future. Should save the theme from here on out.

Instead of pressing advanced track buttons, press repeat track buttons simultaneously.

I have a edge and it didn't work

With Sync 2 you could change Wallpapers. SYNC 3 is boring by comparison.
