Another great video! A small tip for others performing this repair you can actually unbolt and scoot the steering rack towards the front of vehicle a couple of inches for more room without harming anything. A lot of guys will do that when actually upgrading the downpipes to catless.

+fadhel touq O2 codes “lambda” or AFR readings are not reading correctly like too lean or too rich

@@BMWFanatic awesome... did not know that... exactly the piece of information i was looking for! What are AFR readings? In regards to the lamda info, the shop told me I have a 2.228 reading for O2S1_WR_lambda(1): equivalence ratio, current...... do you know if that means anything bad? The reading for O2S5_WR_lambda(1): equivalence ratio, current was 1.661

You have great timing, just found out I need to replace my O2 sensors right as this video came out! Two questions: 1) the Bosch sensors you linked to on Amazon are half the price and have a different part number than the BMW OEM sensors my mechanic said I needed (www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-oxygen-sensor-11787545075 and www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-oxygen-sensor-11787558055), are these the same sensors? If so why so much cheaper?! 2) I am assuming that you have no concerns with buying Bosch over OEM? Thanks as always!

Christopher Tresp Same exact sensor - if you take your car to BMW to be worked on they must be the BMW Bosch sensor, which is always more.

Nick Henno N52 is close, but just higher up in the engine Bay Area since no turbos. You would get to them through the engine bay and would need an 02 removal socket tool
